Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate the store and support customers. Customer accounts are optional and guest checkout remains available.

• Name, email address and phone number
• Delivery and billing address, including addresses saved to an optional customer account
• Order, payment status and fulfilment information
• Support messages and related correspondence
• Technical information used for security, fraud prevention and website operation

How we use information

Kazzol uses personal information to process and deliver orders, provide support, show order history to the verified customer, reuse saved delivery addresses, prevent misuse, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only where the required consent exists.

Payments and service providers

Card and wallet details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by Kazzol. Customer authentication is provided through Supabase. Australian address suggestions are provided by Google Maps Platform when the search feature is used; customers may instead enter an address manually. We may share the minimum information needed with authentication, mapping, payment, hosting, email and delivery providers that help operate the store or complete an order.

Storage and access

We protect store records with access controls and retain them only for operational, tax, dispute and legal purposes. You can ask to access or correct personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting support@kazzol.com.au.
